बस यूं ही

इस बार तो गुस्सा इतना था कि बात न करने की कसम खा ली। पर जब वो मुस्कुराता हुआ आया तो,  सारी कसमें टूट गयीं दे करके गाली। ----- मेरी ख़ामोशी को बेरुखी न समझ,  चुप्पी में भी तुम्हारा ही जिक्र मिलेगा। --- दिल न तोड़ने के चक्कर में  बार-बार टूटता चला गया ।  उनकी ख़ुशी की खातिर,  खुद से रूठता चला गया। ----- ऐसे ऐसे फरेबियों से पड़ा है पाला कि इनदिनों खुद पर भी यकीं होता नहीं

Kolkata: The scalpel gives way to a harmonium and the surgeon in 80-year-old Samir K Gupta steps aside for the artist as he gives musical life to some poems of 'Gitanjali' by Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. Gupta, who runs a city orthopaedic clinic, is a devoted doctor during the day and spends long hours of his nights composing music and writing books. " 'Gitanjali' has 157 poems, of which Tagore had given music to 85. The music to one was given by the iconic Shantideb Ghosh while I have given tunes to the remaining 71," Gupta told IANS.
